Bikram Yoga is the Original Hot Yoga!! It is a very specific 90 minute series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room of 105ºF. Bikram Yoga helps to strengthen, stretch, reshape, balance, and heal the Mind, Body and Spirit. Bikram Yoga is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Famous for its healing and miraculous results, Bikram Yoga is used for the prevention and treatment of many chronic diseases, illnesses and injuries.
