Bikram Choudry We exclusively offer Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class, a twenty-six posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched. Bikram Yoga helps enhance the mind and relax, strengthen, balance, reshape, and heal the body.

Bikram’s Yoga class is performed in a heated room (105ºF) to warm your muscles, flush toxins, and heal injuries. Bikram scientifically designed this 90 minute program to deliver total health by balancing and strengthening every system in the body. The series of postures combines skills of concentration, patience, determination and self-control that increase mental clarity and reduce stress.

Recognized by the medical profession, Bikram Yoga is used for the prevention and treatment of many chronic diseases, illnesses and injuries.
